Responsibilities

  • Assist in valuation and market analysis engagements for financial reporting, transaction and/or litigation support purposes.
  • Prepare valuation models and reports and/or review the valuations prepared by other valuers.
  • Perform market research, industry and comparable analysis and analyze financial data.  
  • Collaborate with and support other service lines of the department such as due diligence, M&A, restructuring & insolvency, litigation support and forensic services.


Requirements 

  • Degree in any one of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in valuation of businesses, intangible assets and financial instruments is required.
  • Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet deadlines.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Holding or currently studying any professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA Charter or etc. is preferred (but not essential).
  • Applicants with no relevant experience will be considered as Associate
