Job Summary

As an Associate of the Audit Analytics Team, you will play a critical role in providing analytical insights to support the planning and execution of audits. You will work closely with audit teams to identify areas of risk and propose strategies to address them while adhering to audit methodologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting IT audits to evaluate control effectiveness and data reliability and presenting findings to clients and senior management. In addition, you will be expected to uphold the BDO Global Vision and demonstrate adherence to the firm's core values and competency expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform IT audits to evaluate control effectiveness and data reliability
  • Conduct advanced data analytics using various visualization tools to identify trends and anomalies
  • Develop and maintain data analytics tools and processes to ensure quality work
  • Support and uphold the BDO Global Vision
  • Demonstrate commitment to the firm's core values and competency expectations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
  • Knowledge of audit methodologies and procedures is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
