Responsibilities
- Assist in engagements of valuation, financial and commercial due diligence, restructuring & insolvency, litigation support and forensic services.
- Support the supervisors to perform relevant analysis and preparation of databook, valuation models and other relevant reports.
- Perform market research, industry and comparable analysis and analyze financial data.
- Handle execution and documentation work and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in any one of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics.
- Motivated to be involved in a wide range of advisory activities.
- Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet deadlines.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Interested in studying any professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA Charter or etc. is preferred.
- Degree holder in other areas will also be considered.
