Your key responsibilities
- Assist senior team members to perform various TP and tax analysis including TP planning/advisory, TP documentation, audit defense, advance pricing agreements and other related deliverables
- Analyse clients business activities, financial performance and intercompany transactions
- Participate in meetings or phone calls with senior business executives to identify functions, assets and risks
- Review data sets, and perform financial analysis using a variety of economic, statistical and sector based models or techniques
- Ensure timely delivery of work by managing project workflow, analysing information, effective (internal and external) communication and managing and coaching more junior members of team
- Conduct industry and company research for clients in a range of sectors
- Closely collaborate with TP or tax teams in Hong Kong or across the network
- Monitoring OECD, global or local country TP or related tax developments
Requirements
- Two to six years of relevant experience in corporate tax or TP from other accounting firms and industry preferred
- Candidates with consulting, advisory, valuation, research, audit or related experience will also be strongly considered
- Degree holder, preferably major in economics, accounting, business, mathematics, finance or related disciplines
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Experience with common technology and TP database tools is important; experience with automation or efficiency solutions is an advantage
