(Fully booked) BDO Webinar: Business hacks: The 2022 way of managing your business and resources anytime, anywhere

Date: 26 April 2022
Time: 13:00 - 14:00

  • Summary

Work from home (WFH) is the new norm of working style. Many of us started WFH since the start of Covid-19 in 2020. With the severely high infection rate in Hong Kong, surpassing 10% of the population, most businesses are forced to rollout WFH policy. While some are facing decreased productivity, some who executed right are able to unlock more productivity than ever before. What’s the trick?

As management leaders of a company, has WFH ever been a concern to you? How is it impacting your business? How well did you prepare your business before the 5th wave?

Working remotely does not simply mean a change of work location. For a company to operate its business smoothly on a remote basis, a lot of transformation, change management related plannings and investments have to take place. For those companies whose progress are behind, it is now the prime time and possibly a final chance to change in order to continue to stay relevant. Building business resilience is the key to achieve long term sustainability, and not to mention potential future growth.

Join our three experts in the upcoming discussion forum, where they will be sharing their experience and insights on how to manage your business in a remote way, and how companies should transform during this disruptive period, from the three major aspects: Finance, HR and Technology.

Our sharing will be divided into two parts: Team Anywhere and Building Resilience.

In our first webinar, we will discuss and provide insights on how to prepare yourself for opportunities and risks under remote working.  We will be sharing project examples and exploring the following:

  • How to identify potential issues and areas for improvement via a reality check?
  • What are the potential risks involved and how to manage?
  • How to redefine processes, workflow and reallocate resources?
  • What are market leaders and other businesses doing differently compared to the previous pandemic waves?
