Businesses around the world are experiencing a level of disruption and risks that are not seen in generations. Some companies suspend business and fail, while others innovate, forge, and even thrive - The difference is the word 'Resilience'.
In our first webinar, our three experts demonstrated that remote working will not necessarily reduce the productivity and operational efficiencies of a company. The key is the willingness to explore, change, transform and adapt to the new normal.
And, in the upcoming webinar, they will share their knowledge and insights on how companies should transform, including the changes businesses should make and new things that they can do to build resilience in each of the three pillars – Process, People & Technology (PPT). We will also provide examples showing the different ways companies in certain highly COVID-affected industries have reacted and transformed with the aim to continue to survive and build resilience for the future.
As a highlight, our speakers will share a large representative project example that they have worked together recently, a project that started off with a simple HR-related review, but progressively expanded into other divisions, including Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, Marketing, etc.
