The new Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (CO) was passed by the Legislative Council on 12 July 2012 and came into effect on 3 March 2014. The objective of this Newsletter is to assist you in understanding the new CO by highlighting the key areas of changes and providing our insights into the new requirements.
