Post event news: (Rerun session) BDO Webinar: ECL estimation under HKFRS 9 and deep dive into climate-related disclosure

Due to overwhelming response, a rerun session of the joint webinar by BDO and Union Registrars Limited “ECL estimation under HKFRS 9 and deep dive into climate-related disclosure" was conducted on 15 July 2021.

We were pleased to have Managing Director of Union Registrars Limited Roger Leung again to be the co-chairman of the session. Director and Head of Risk Advisory Ricky Cheng and Principal of Financial Reporting Advisory Winnie Chan shared with participants their knowledge and insights on the application of TCFD framework and practical challenges and commonly asked questions in developing a robust ECL impairment model.
