Post event news: BDO Webinar: Introduction on PRC's data privacy laws and regulations

Organisations may have to collect and use personal data for operating their business activities in Mainland China. BDO Webinar 'Introduction on PRC's data privacy laws and regulations' was successfully conducted on 28 January 2021, attracted 300 audience with positive response. Manager of Risk Advisory Sacha Chiu introduced some of the existing data privacy related laws and regulations as well as the Draft Personal Information Protection Law in PRC issued in October 2020.
