Post event news: BDO Webinar: Panel discussion on latest corporate governance consultation

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong published a consultation paper on “Review on Corporate Governance Code and Related Listing Rules” focusing on improving a range of corporate governance standards among listed companies. BDO Webinar: Panel discussion on latest corporate governance consultation was successfully conducted on 3 June 2021, attracted over 360 audience with positive and enthusiastic response. Director & Head of Risk Advisory Ricky Cheng (middle), Director of Risk Advisory Peter Pang (right) and Principal of Risk Advisory Vivian Chow (left) provided a summary of the proposals made in the current consultation. They also shared their insights on the possible implications and potential controversies of the proposed enhancements.
