Timely disclosure of the inside information is one of the key compliance obligation of which a listed company and its management is required to fulfil, failure of which may attract disciplinary action, civil liabilities or even prosecution by the SFC. BDO Webinar: Practical guidelines on disclosure of inside information was successfully conducted on 2 June 2021.
