Post event news: BDO Webinar: Roles and responsibilities of INEDS

Nowadays, INEDs of listed companies are playing more important roles in the companies from corporate governance perspectives and they are facing more stringent responsibilities and liabilities. BDO Webinar: Roles and responsibilities of INEDS was successfully conducted on 17 June 2021. We were very pleased to have Angel Wong, Partner of ONC Lawyers and Maxwell Chan, Senior Associate of ONC Lawyers, discussing the fundamental principles governing the roles and responsibilities of INEDs under the Companies Ordinance, the Listing Rules and the Corporate Governance Code. They also shared the insights about the evolving roles and responsibilities of INEDs in light of the changing regulatory requirements.
