Congratulations to Aquila Acquisition Corporation (Aquila, stock code: 7836) on its successful listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited

Aquila is the first IPO by a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) in Hong Kong, it raised HKD1 billion in its IPO. Aquila intends to concentrate efforts on technology-enabled companies in ‘new economy’ sectors (such as green energy, life sciences and advanced technology and manufacturing) in Asia, with a focus on China.
