Vision Deal raised HK$1.01 billion in its IPO, and is the second IPO by a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) in Hong Kong, since the first, Aquila Acquisition Corporation (Aquila), was listed in March 2022. BDO is delighted to be involved as reporting accountant for both Vision Deal and Aquila and assisted in the successful SPAC listings.
