Director and Head of Professional Services Solutions & Client Services Portia Tang, Senior Manager of Digital Transformation Services Andrew Yung and Senior Finance Consultant of Onsite Consulting Team - Professional Services Solutions Eddie Cheng shared their insights on how companies should transform, including the changes businesses should make and new things that they can implement to build resilience in each of the three pillars – Process, People & Technology (PPT). They have also shared a large representative project example that they are currently working on as a designated project team for a reputable client, showcasing how BDO can help our clients in their resilience-building to achieve long-term sustainability.
