BDO seminar: IFRS S1 & S2 sustainability disclosure standards and scenario analysis was successfully held on 19 October 2023.
In this seminar, Ricky Cheng, Director & Head of Risk Advisory shared a detailed overview regarding IFRS S1 and focus on the designed overarching disclosure requirements to enable companies to communicate to investors about the sustainability-related risks and opportunities they face over the short, medium and long term. Alpha Chia, Manager of Risk Advisory shared about IFRS S2 regarding the requirements for a company to disclose information about its climate-related risks and opportunities and the use of scenario analysis in related reporting.
