Alvin spent six years working in Shanghai. During that period, he developed considerable experience in H, B and A share and PRC state-owned enterprise audits. Aside from performing recurring audit engagements, Alvin is also experienced in performing financial due diligence reviews and transaction support assignments for the multinational clients investing in businesses in Mainland China as well as special initial public offerings projects for the PRC enterprises seeking to be listed in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Singapore.
