Calvin Chau is a director of BDO Hong Kong. He has around 18 years of experience in auditing. He has extensive experience in handling assignments of listed companies and private companies operating mainly in Hong Kong, Mainland China and a number of overseas countries over a wide variety of industries including construction, manufacturing and trading, mining, public utilities services, advertising and property development.
Calvin also has extensive exposure on initial public offerings, especially on A+H shares listing, merger and acquisition exercises, as well as financial due diligence investigations for listed companies.
